How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ships to United States. International shipping is something that will be available in the near future.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of the coronavirus, your order will most likely be delayed. The delivery time of the in-transit orders shipped from Mar. 1st will be extended another 10-25 days due to coronavirus outbreak.

2020 is a tough and challenging year for us all, we would like to thank you for being with us.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. 

You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... Where's my order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

I received a defective, damaged or wrong product. What do I do?

Please contact customer support at support@grindstyle.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us. You will be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.

I just made an order but I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Please order carefully. You should contact us within the first 24 hours since placing your order. We will do our best to help you out and cancel your order if possible. Please customer support at support@grindstyle.com.

I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn't been shipped yet, I'd like to cancel it...

Please know that all our products are made-to-order. Please bear in mind that production may take 5-10 business days but delays may occur during holidays.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Of course! For orders of 50+ units, you can contact support@grindstyle.com for discounted rates.

What's your return policy?

We hope that you love your items from us, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order we offer a return policy to all customers. The items must be in their original condition, we must be informed before sending items back. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival then let us know asap within 3 days and we will refund or replace your order. Contact us: support@grindstyle.com
