My struggle was with order/engraving/extra product
Sent two different personalized keychain to my granddaughters. They actually liked them (you never know) and said they were heavy duty.
The necklace was better than expected. It is a nice size and very sturdy. It is a good quality metal. Everyone loved it when I wore it, as did I. It is one of my favorites.
